Detailed engineering to IFC

Detailed design is where a good basis gets executed or quietly undone. We coordinate the disciplines with the process engineer still in the room.

Process-led coordination

In a conventional EPC, process engineering hands over and moves on. Line sizes get changed for piping convenience, instruments get substituted for availability, and nobody rechecks the hydraulics. We stay involved through detailed design so that changes are assessed against the process, not just against the drawing.

Scope, delivered with partners

  • Piping general arrangements, isometrics and stress analysis
  • Mechanical design of pressure vessels and package equipment to ASME or PED
  • Electrical single-line diagrams, load lists and hazardous area classification
  • Instrumentation index, hook-ups, loop drawings and control narrative
  • Civil and structural interface documentation
  • Vendor drawing review and technical bid evaluation
  • Issued-for-construction drawing set and specifications

How we work with fabricators

We prepare the technical enquiry, evaluate bids on engineering merit rather than headline price alone, and review vendor drawings against the specification. Commercial negotiation stays with you.

Commissioning support

Pre-commissioning checklists, line flushing and leak test procedures, start-up sequence and performance test protocol. Available as a continuation of the design scope or on its own.

Tell us what you're scaling.

Send the process, the stage you're at, and the question you're stuck on. You'll get an engineer's answer, not a sales sequence.
